JOINING EA+L
EA+L exists to do together the things we can’t do as well separately.
Probably what interests you most just now is the Diary of Events.
What do we get?
Members can list their events up to a year ahead in the Ealing Arts Diary of Events.
• This is always on the EA+L website.
• The relevant two months-worth of events appear in print six times a year, with a run of 5000 copies, distributed in various public places, including libraries,
community centres, shops, etc., giving a probable reach of around 20,000.
• The first six lines in each printed issue are free of charge, and if you need more space it’s £2 a line, averaged over six months; there’s more detail on the Diary Help page.
• Members also have reduced rates for display adverts: see the Diary Adverts page.
• Whether or not they have any entries for the Diary, all members’ details are listed on the EA+L website Members page, which can be useful if you don’t have your own website, and there’s a complete members list at the back of the printed Diary.
How to join
The membership secretary is Richard Partridge. Give him a ring on 020 8567 4075 for a quick chat to make sure EA+L is for you, or if he’s not around you can email him as webmaster@ealingarts.org.uk . He’ll then send you the membership forms.
What does it cost?
The annual subscription, which runs to the end of July, depends on the size of your organisation.
• If you are a society with members, it’s the number of members which we go by, not the number of people in your audience if you perform.
• If you’re just one or two people who accept fees for teaching or classes, we rely on you for an honest estimate of the number of paying users you typically have.
The rates for 2015-16 are:

A: up to 10 members / subscribers |
£25 |
|
B: 11 - 25 members / subscribers |
